1. Club Los Roques ("Club") is by invitation only. Los Roques ("we") reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel membership, modify terms or close the Club at any time and without notice.
2. All benefits, rewards and offers are subject to availabilty. We reserve the right to change or cancel any rewards or offers at any time and without notice.
3. Reward Points have no monetary value and may only be redeemed for rewards made available from time to time.
4. Reward points will be earned only on actual member purchases. In the case of shared bill, points will be earned on the part of the bill paid by the member. Points will not be earned on redemption of gift vouchers, membership rewards, discount amounts, tax or tips.
5. Los Roques will not be liable to anyone in any event for any loss or damages of any kind arising as a result of the Club.
