Tasting menus

If you want to try lots of dishes we have two tasting menus available, a 5 course menu at 35€ and a 7 course menu at 50€ per person.

Here are our suggestions, but if you wish you can create your own tasting menu for the entire table using almost any of our a-la-carte and special dishes.

The tastings are subject to availability; to maintain quality we sometimes withdraw them during busier periods. If you know you would like a tasting menu please tell us when you reserve.

Creamy Spiced Corn Soup with crispy tortilla balls drizzled with pumpkin seed oil

Vegetable and Canarian Goats’ Cheese Quiche with roasted red peppers and fresh leaves

Fillet of Hake (Merluza) cooked with capers and lemon and served with potato and celeriac mash and crispy croutons

Secreto Ibérico (Iberian pork) with a sweet potato and apple gratin, morcilla from Burgos and a sage and apple sauce

Caramelized Banana and Chocolate Tart with a dark chocolate tube filled with mango and passion fruit sorbet

Lobster Bisque with a hint of fresh ginger

Game Terrine with chestnuts and pistachios served with a raspberry coulis

Tod mun pla Thai fish cakes with cucumber salad and a spicy chilli sauce

Tortelloni filled with ricotta (requesón), field and oyster mushrooms served in clear mushroom broth

Fishermen’s Pot a delicate fish stock with pieces of fish and seafood served with rouille (spicy mayonnaise) and grated cheese

Lamb Los Roques roasted boned leg with cutlets, baby courgettes stuffed with ratatouille and mashed garlic potato

Palta avocado and lime sorbet on an almond biscuit with a thyme scented white chocolate sauce
