Chef de pâtissier

Sebastián Rodríguez ventured from his home country of Argentina to New York where he was lucky enough to work under the guidance of a master Kosher baker. His bagels are just magnificant. Sebastian is married and has a son, who also likes football.

 

Chef de Partie

Paolo Appiotti like many Italians started cooking at an early age learning from his Grandmother. He trained in Turin and worked with Marcello Trentini at his restaurant Magorabin. Since then he has worked in Barcelona but now resides in Tenerife. His other passion is surfing. Having lived in Costa Rica and Hawaii, Tenerife seems a bit tame!

  

Commis Chef

Elena Zhosan has travelled with her family from her home country of Russia and been with Los Roques since the start. Initially working as kitchen porter, she now helps Chef with food preparation. Elena is married and has two children.
